An awakening

[Crux]

Crux didn't know what exactly had happened, or what he was now, all he remember was 'waking up' inside of a large room shrouded in darkness, yet he could see perfectly. Where...am...I? he wondered to himself as he started to move, he stopped to look at his hands, that's when he realized he wasn't a human.

Crux moved through the room before coming to what seemed to be the exit into a hallway. I..don't remember anything... He wanted to say, but no words came from him.

Crux made his way through the halls of the building, still confused as to why he was here, or what he even was at this point. "I can't speak aloud...why, just what am I?" he asked himself as he turned a corner, a noticed a large group of shadowy beings, they looked just as he did, yet they crowded this hall, as if they were waiting for something.

[Crux]

"I wonder if I should wait around here myself, or try to find an exit to this place." he said to himself as he continued to move through the halls, as if drawn to something on the outside. He continued through the halls, then finally came into a large entrance hall.

[Crux]

After a few moments, Crux arrived at the large door leading out, it was slightly ajar and he could see outside. "Something...is calling to me from outside these doors, this body, wants something." he said as he felt his body start to move on it's own out the door.
