Shadow Keyblades are given to Heartless players as part of a special event reward. While normally appearing as covered in Darkness, their sillohute can be customized to appear as any Keyblade desired. Furthermore, Shadow Keyblades have the same number of powers and abilities as other Tier 2 Keyblades.

The Keyblade of People's Hearts is a more powerful weapon that is actually a Keyblade. It functions as a Tier 3 Keyblade but does not have the damage boost. Instead it has the unique ability to unlock the Darkness within people's hearts, or unlock their Hearts period. Otherwise, it has the same number of abilities and attributes as other Tier 3 Keyblades.
